The Grffin’s will be adding a new line extension to its Classic line.  The Griffin’s Classic Gran Robusto is expected to arrive at retailers next month (May, 2014).

The Griffin’s Classic is a core line of the brand – which is a part of the Davidoff family.  The brand has its origins back in 1984, when cigar aficionado and club owner Bernard Grobet launched a cigar made in the Dominican Republic.  Grobet soon started selling his cigars in Switzerland and eventually led to the distribution, and ultimately the sale of the brand to Oettinger IMEX AG, the parent company of Davidoff.

The Gran Robusto will become the twelfth frontmark in the line.  At a glance, here is a look at The Griffin’s Classic.
