Fans of La Flor Dominicana have always looked forward to the Factory Press limited series.  La Flor Dominicana is now getting ready to ship its fourth installment of this series – the La Flor Dominican Factory Press IV.   For this series, the cigar gets a new wrapper and returns to its original vitola shape.

The legendary Litto Gomez of La Flor Dominicana once explained the genesis for the Factory Press series: “For years I have been fascinated with our cigar box-pressing system. Many times I have thought how great it would be to share the process with our fans. That is why I’m offering a very special cigar shipped in the actual factory press. Because the concept is so special we needed to blend a cigar that will be totally unique to La Flor Dominicana“

Blend Profile

For the Factory Press IV, this is the first time a Mexican wrapper has been introduced with this series.  In a time where some manufacturers are still hesitant to disclose a Mexican wrapper, credit goes to Gomez and La Flor Dominicana for taking the step forward.  This is a testament that some good wrappers are coming from Mexico.

Vitolas Available

As with each release, a single vitola will be made.  This returns to the vitola of the original Factory Press – a 6.5 x 60.   The cigar is in the trademark Factory Press box-press shape.   The cigar will come in trays of 12 and stored in a box-press cabinet.
