Back in May, the folks at Cigar Brief had an exclusive story on a new company being started by Tatuaje’s Pete Johnson called L’Atelier Imports.   There are some more particulars in that story, but the important facts are: 1) This is a separate entity from Tatuaje Cigars;  2) The day to day operations will be run by K.C. Johnson (Pete’s brother), Dan Welsh (New Havana Cigars), and Sean Johnson (a friend).   Since then, further information on the product offerings has been published in the June 19, 2012 edition of Cigar Insider.

Information has been disclosed on the cigar blends and offerings by L’Atelier Imports.

L’Atelier (Core Brand)

This is being intended as a “flagship” offering.  The product will be rolled at the My Father Cigar factory and it has parallels to the Cohiba Behike (BHK) from an appearance standpoint.
