Back in February, we broke news of plans to add a lancero line extension to the 262 Allegiance line.  262 Cigars President Clint Aaron has informed Cigar Coop that the cigars are currently resting in the factory and his goal is to get them on the shelves by June 1st.

Aaron also informed Cigar Coop that pricing will be $8.10 per cigar.

The 262 Allegiance Lancero will be a regular production cigar.  It will be the fourth vitola in the 262 Allegiance line.

Like the rest of the Allegiance line, the 262 Allegiance Lancero will be made at Tabacalera Carreras in Esteli, Nicaragua.  It will feature a Brazilian Mata-Fina wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and a combination of Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers.

The cigar is a traditional 7 x 38 lancero and will come in 20 count boxes.
