Kristoff Cigars has started to roll out its second limited edition cigar.  The Kristoff Classic Reserva marks the fifth collaboration the company has done with Abe Flores of the Dominican Republic.  A limited run has been made available to retailers of the Tobacconist Association of America (TAA) with the remainder of the production being made available at the 2015 IPCPR Trade Show.

While Kristoff Classic Reserva has been made available to the TAA, it is not considered a part of the 2015 TAA Exclusive Series since it will be made available to non TAA retailers later this year.

The cigar itself features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a filler consisting of tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic.  The cigar is being released in three sizes.  A total production of 1,000 boxes per size is being made with 200 boxes per size going to the TAA retailers first.

Kristoff used a similar approach for its other limited edition cigar, 2013’s Kristoff 685 Woodlawn.  That cigar was also made available to the TAA first before the remainder of that allocation went to Kristoff retailers.

The Kristoff Classic Reserva joins the four lines of the Kristoff Galerones line as cigars Kristoff is making at Flores’ PDR Cigars factory.
